W. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider a request from the City Attorney that Council convene in a Closed Meeting for the purpose of discussing a matter of probable litigation. Parker, City Clerk MOTION AND CERTIFICATION WITH RESPECT TO CLOSED MEE TING FORM OF MOTION: I move, with respect to any Closed Meeting just concluded, that each member of City Council in attendance certify to the best of his or her knowledge that (1) only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act and (2) only such public business matters as were identified in any motion by which any Closed Meeting was convened were heard, discussed or considered by the members of Council in attendance. PLEASE NOTE; The forgoing motion shall be made in open session at the conclusion of each Closed Meeting. 2. Roll call vote included in Council's minutes is required. Any member who believes there was a departure from the requirements of subdivisions (1) and (2) of the motion shah state prior to the v0t~ the substance of the deParture that, in his or her judgement, has taken place. The statement shah be recorded in the minutes of City Council.
