Dear Mayor Joseph L. Cobb and Members City Council:
Paragraph I, Article II of the By-Laws of the Greater Roanoke Transit Company
provide that the Annual Mee ling of the Stockholders will be held during the month of June
each year at a day, time and place to be from time to time fixed by the Board of Directors.
It is recommended that the ° nnual Stockholders' Meeting be held on Monday, June 15,
2026, at 1:30 p.m., in the Cit Council Chamber, 4th Floor, Room 450.
Please note that the tockholders meeting will be called to order by Mayor Cobb
promptly at 1:30 p.m.

2. Approval of Minutes:Annual Stockholders meeting held on Tuesday,June 16,2025.
Without objection lay the Stockholders, the reading of the June 16, 2025,
Minutes were disp nsed with and approved, as recorded.
3. Statement of Purpose. Mayor Joseph L. Cobb
The purpose of thel meeting is to entertain nominations for the election of
Directors of the Greater Roanoke Transit Company for one-year terms of
office, each commencing July 1, 2026.
4. Election of Seven Directors:
• Two Members of City Council
• Two Members of City Staff
• Two Representatives from regional users of GRTC(Town of Vinton and City
of Salem)
• One representative from the Physically Challenged Community.
The following indivduals elected as members of the GRTC Board of Directors
for terms of one y ar, each, commencing July 1, 2026, and ending June 30,
2027 (6-0):
